“Massage therapy is more than just “working the tight muscles” it is an intuitive, therapeutic approach to helping emotional and physical pain.”

Beth’s approach

Beth collaborates with her clients to allow them to take responsibility for their own health.  She has worked with all levels of injuries and healing for children, adults and the disabled. One of the many benefits of her massage therapy session is she focus on the issues you are having and ways of correction, not only during the massage therapy session but with your daily life. Beth also listens and focuses on the emotional component of the injurious site. Massage therapy provides a safe space where you can focus on nothing but yourself and reducing all the stress that surrounds our busy lives. With an appreciation for how the body works, and the power of massage to heal the body without resorting to drugs or surgery, she blends her training to come up with a unique experience designed to fit the needs of the individual.  Massage is able to help an individual exercise a proactive role in dealing with their issues, be that stress, a chronic muscular problem such as carpal tunnel syndrome, sciatic pain, headaches or tight muscles, or merely to bring relaxation and wholeness back into everyday living.
